Summerlin is a planned west-valley community, which means the useful map is a set of distinct centers rather than one traditional main street. Downtown Summerlin, Boca Park, Tivoli Village and neighborhood plazas each serve a different part of the routine. The mountains stay visible, parking is usually part of the plan and a place described as Summerlin may still be several miles from the next stop.

That spread changes how a local guide should work. Choose the appointment or meal first, then keep the rest of the evening in the same west-side cluster. Block 9 Thai Street Eats on Discovery Drive is the focused casual-food pick in The Know. Nevada Brew Works at Boca Park handles groups that want local beer, pizza and a broad menu. Texture Barbershop turns a haircut, beard service, color appointment or braid into the main reason for the trip.

Cross X Agency is also based in Summerlin, connecting the neighborhood to The Know's business and website guides. It is an office relationship, not a visitor attraction, so the profile leads to services rather than a day-out recommendation. This hub will not treat every west-side business as interchangeable or stretch the Summerlin name across the entire western valley. New entries need a verified address, a specific reason to go and enough original material to be more than a directory card.
